Roomba.

One thing about a house with tile floors . . . when it needs cleaning you should be able to just hose it down.

Yesterday, as I was getting all my ingredients together for the dogs' dinner, the oatmeal container went flying. I'm lazy and didn't want to sweep it up. So I went to the closet for the vacuum cleaner.

By the time I returned, both dogs were cleaning up for me!

Now I'm going to start calling Bob "Hoover" and Slick "Roomba."

I just had a lovely 'catching up' session of reading from your July 4 entry to today's. I was out of touch for a bit because my sis had heart surgery and I thought it was kind of a big deal!
I haven't seen the N. Drew film, but my loyalty is to the books, especially to The Clue In The Camera (Carolyn knows why); so, I am not hugely surprised that the latest film can't quite carry the ND flag.
Will your trip north include LA??
You'll have to get another dog to be Electrolux, right? :~)

I'm very glad your sister seems to be doing well.

I'm pretty sure the route north will be going further east than the ride south -- through Colorado and even part of Montana (never been!). More on that later.

A third dog will need to be Electra Lux -- because I want a girl! (No Orecks, please.)

Howdy Carolyn,

I have enjoyed reading your blog. We have put together a blog for our mission trip, and Judy has taken an inspiring writing class so it should be great.

Do you know what the difference is between a Hoover and a Harley? the location of the dirtbag :-)

See you in a few weeks.

George! Yoiks! Some of my best friends and family members are Hoover users.
